The Ford Mustang will celebrate its 50th Anniversary next spring and as a Classic Car Dealership we have been fortunate enough to have owned and driven our share of the first generation Mustangs. The Ford Mustang continues to be one of the hottest selling American Muscle cars and we were fortunate enough to locate this beautiful Triple Black ’09 GT Convertible. We do not buy our cars at the wholesale auctions because it is really tough to know what you are buying. We purchased this GT Convertible from a gentleman who owned it for the past 2 years after it was traded in at his local Ford Dealership by the original owner. The gentleman we got it from was a classic car enthusiast who wanted a modern muscle car to enjoy in the spring and summer on sunny days with the top down. He has throughly enjoyed it but with so many cars in his classic collection he realized he was not driving this car enough to justify keeping it. Lucky for you!!!! This Premium package GT convertible is loaded with options and is in amazing condition inside and out. It drives as good as new and has just under 27,000 miles on it. Of course it is a 5-speed and is an absolute blast to drive! We have the original window sticker and all original manuals. This GT has the modern muscle car stance and the black body is in fantastic condition with no accidents or paintwork based on the Auto check report that we would be happy to provide to serious buyers. There are no door dings that we have seen and the paint shines like showroom new!!! There may be a couple of tiny rock chips down low but overall the body and paint is gorgeous. We noticed a tiny spot on the top of the bumper where something caused a minor blem but I doubt you will see it in the pics. The factory GT rear spoiler and hood scoop really set this Black beauty off. This loaded ’09 also has the upgraded 18″ Polished Aluminum wheels and upgraded canvas convertible power top. Great looking rear bumper with the GT exhaust tips finish out the look. Here is a walk around tour of the body:

I recommend dropping the power convertible canvas top as much as possible but if needed you will notice that the power top is in gorgeous condition and functions perfectly. Take a look:

The black leather interior looks awesome and is nicely appointed with lenity of upgrades as well. The Premium package adds some nice touches inside including interior ambient lighting, power 6-way drivers seat, sirius satellite radio, satin aluminum panels on the dash and more. This car also has the comfort package which added Heated seats. Awesome sounds from the Shaker 500 Audio system with in-dash 6-cd changer and mp-3 jack. Seats are in fantastic condition with only very superficial marks on the drivers seat bolster. Otherwise the interior looks practically brand new!! Of course this Mustang performs as good as it looks and after driving it for several hours I can honestly say that I was very impressed with performance, handling and the overall driving experience! The 4.6 liter V8 puts out 300 horsepower that are nicely spread out throughout the torque curve. These Pony convertibles are very tame for city driving but of course are a blast to open up on the open road. The 5-speed manual transmission shifts smoothly and easily. Suspension offers the best of both worlds. You will not feel every bump in the road but it is stiff enough to provide great handling and road feel. 4-wheel disc brakes stop on a dime and the 18″ upgraded polished wheels are wrapped in great rubber with plenty of tread life remaining. I noticed a minor blem on the spoke of one wheel but it is barely noticeable. Engine bay is very clean and the Gt package added a great looking engine cover with Pony emblem. Previous owners always had this car maintained at the dealership and this car needs nothing. Great tone from the factory stock dual exhaust at idle and under heavy acceleration. I have included a video below so you can hear it. Keep in mind this Triple Black Pony has under 27,000 miles so it has barely been broken in.
